I need help in explaining the statement below :D?

Poetry is explained as the instintainious? excess of feelings. It comes from feelings remembered in calm, quiet: the feeling is thought over until by human nature, feelings, emotion...take over, react. the calmness leaves and the feelings, closely related to those that occured before the memory your were thinking of at the first, slowly lessens. Therefore this occurance is only taking place in your mind. Not an exterior or environmental occurance.....??Good luck!
