She should go to the hospital and the police as soon as possible. They should believe her. I'm sure if she was the one that d him, she would keep her mouth shut and not go to the police and switch it around. The police would know that she was telling the truth just by looking at her and talking to her. If he does try to turn it around on her, they can always do a lie detecter test. :)
