Gilera SMT 50 off road?

So this is the bike I want to get.....on this website it says that it's a super motard but can I use it for off road too? and if not then maybe if I change the wheels and tires will it be good for off road? don't criticize me if it's a stupid question xD I'm just a beginner with those kind of things and thanks for answers :D
