Are these cramps a preggers symptom or what?

Your period is probably about to start. Your 2 day bleeding in March was probably a period, so you would be on track to having another period soon. If you got a negative test you probably are not pregnant. If you keep having cramps with no period for a couple more days, test again. But right now it just sounds like you are going to start.
