What do you think I should do for college?

NEVER, I repeat, NEVER make a college decision based on a boyfriend/girlfriend. State schools tend to be a great value and ROTC may get you some job experience in your chosen field. Not a bad option. Don't count on them picking up law school for you though. There are some advanced programs for stuff like that, but it's VERY competitive and may not even be offered for a law degree.
