What alternative treatments or behavioral treatments will help me recover quicker from lacerated spleen/liver?

and will anything make the internal blood remaining in me absorb quicker by my body..they said it could take several weeks to reabsorb..can I speed this in any way andwhat things should I not do to prevent rebleeding and re-injury of these grade 2 or 3 lacerations from a recent car wreck..thanks
