URGENT! i was giving my aunts dog a hair cut and i acidentally cut her?

i believe the cut was small at first but her skin streched it so that now the cut is about an inch long and a 1/8th of an inch wide... only a small part of it is bleeding and it is not bleeding a lot. i wd it up with prewrap which is a cloth that is not abrasive and absorbant cloth used by athletes...the prewrap is sliding and cause shes walking around and its bleeding more and streching further what sould i do?
