To all of the gorgeous pregnant ladies out there: What's your favorite/ least favorite thing about your body?

I've always found pregnant women to be insanely beautiful, but then again I've not yet been pregnant myself to see firsthand the good, bad and ugly. So give it to me girls. What's the real scoop?
