How to get rid of magpies? These awful birds sit outside my window and squawk every morning at dawn, HELP!!?

I live in a condo complex, so there are two rows of buildings, these birds sit on an evergreen right between the buildings and scream all morning!!! Obviously, I can't shoot at them, since I could miss- and hit someone's window. I dont' think I could poision them because there are sooo many, and there are a lot of pets outside too- I don't want to harm someone's pet. But these birds are driving me crazy!! I can still hear them through my window when it's closed, and I have a pillow over my head!!!!
