How can I find a person with just the first name and knowin where he works?

Ive only met this guy once and got knocked up by him, and now im tryin to find him so that he knows he has a son. I only know his first name and I only know that he is in the navy and which base. I would know who he was if i could see pictures. I tried lookin on Myspace and facebook with no luck, what are my options? is it even possible with such little info? Thank youuu.
