How can I create a euphoric feeling other then hard drugs or ?

I know this is going to sound really really corny, but pick up an instrument, join a rock band, and play out. There is absolutely nothing to me that's more exhilarating than going insane on the drums in front of people who are actually excited to hear your music!That's a really euphoric feeling to me...Otherwise, if you're really using hard drugs to create a euphoric feeling, I suggest seeking immediate help since your "euphoric feelings" could lead to extremely detrimental health conditions...which is not euphoric at all.
