Does this guy like me or does he just think I'm weird? please help :)?

alright so a couple of months ago, this kid asked me out and i totallyyyy freaked out on him and embarred him in front of friends a href="http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AlBmBxPsBy8.hX_Tqw4iJi_ty6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20081004212548AAR9wht"http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;…/a ...well today i saw one of the kids that witnessed me freak out and yell and everything and i dunno he kept on staring at me and I wanted to know if u guys think he likes me, thinks im some type of weird freak, respects me for what i did (ha), or is seeing if he remembers me from that time...he looked at me like a lottttt like every other second and it was sooo obvious so im not sure...im 16 he's about 14-16 im not sure lol but he's cute..so please help :)
