I love the rest of my body except for my THIGHS + CALVES! I do a lot of cardio in the gym, what's wrong!?
My lower extremities are very muscular. I usually do an hour on the elliptical (incline of 10 and resistance 35-50) for cardio. I will occasionally use the treadmill or bike. Pilates and yoga don't really seem to be doing the deed either... HELP?!
