Don't you get irritated when straight people ask you...?

OMG I never knew people actually asked things which you stated in your first paragraph. I'm gay and I couldn't care less about marriage but I'm just as annoyed about it as you - more so because of the principle. I mean - hell yeah its our human right too! The fact that they even have a debate about whether gays should be allowed to marry or not is a clear example of down right discrimination in my opinion! I mean how would they all like it if gay people or "aliens" (lol) decided whether or not straight people could marry - you know - had a debate on it as if they have a say in straight people's lives'? Get what I mean? I think the reason some people ask such questions like the ones you stated in paragraph one is because i think they subconsciously disrespect gay people - even though they may be for gays etc. Anyhoo thanks for posting this question - I 've always wanted to say what I just said!
